If the first version is correct, then the actor will probably embody the image of Harvey Bullock or Arnold Fluss, but the option with the district attorney clearly hints at Harvey Dent. The second version is also supported by the fact that Reeves was inspired by the comic strip “Batman. Long Halloween ”, where Dent plays an important role. It is noteworthy that Sarsgaard is indirectly connected with the district attorney of Gotham: Maggie Gyllenhaal, the actor's wife in real life, played Dent's girlfriend in The Dark Knight.
