As it turned out, the heroes of the franchise are not tired of kissing, and therefore the third part of the film series will be released next year.Director Vince Marcello reportedly did a double job. In parallel with the second "Kissing Booth", he managed to shoot a third one. The main cast of the franchise - Joey King, Jacob Elordi and Joel Courtney - will return in a triquel. In it, the main character El is forced to choose which college to go to, because she was accepted at two. But here's the bad luck: the girl's boyfriend is a student at Harvard, and her best friend is at Berkeley. The decision is difficult, and it concerns not only studies, but also which relationships are more important for El. Notably, in 2018, The Kissing Booth became the most watched movie on Netflix. At the same time, critics crushed her to smithereens. The sequel is not far from its predecessor in terms of the number of negative reviews, but the franchise based on the novels of Beth Rickles clearly has its own army of fans.  Taylor Zahar, Macy Richardson-Sellers, Megan Young and Molly Ringwald will also return to their roles in the triquel. The film will be released in 2021.
