The project will tell the story of Boris Johnson from his appointment as prime minister right up until the outbreak of the pandemic in the UK. The political leader also became infected and spent about a week in the hospital. “There are rarely moments in history when the personal lives of political leaders are closely intertwined with national events, when personal experience and official role overlap in unusual ways.
