Clooney continues to recruit crew for the spaceship
Several people joined the cast of George Clooney's new sci-fi film Good Morning Midnight: Sophie Rundle (Peaky Blinders), Miriam Shore (Hedwig and the Unfortunate Inch), Tim Russ (Star Trek: Voyager) ) and Ethan Peck (Star Trek: Discovery).The protagonist, a scientist named Augustine, is all alone stuck in the Arctic ice and is trying to make contact with the Earth-bound spacecraft "Ether". As previously announced, the film will be released on Netflix and will be produced by George with longtime partner Grant Heslov through their company Smokehouse Pictures. Previously, Felicity Jones, Tiffany Boone, David Oyelowo and Kyle Chandler also signed up to take part in the filming. The project is an adaptation of the popular post-apocalyptic novel by Lily Brooks-Dalton, adapted by screenwriter Mark L. Smith ("The Survivor"). Clooney will direct, produce and star.
