Venom has made a dangerous rival
A few days ago we reported that the creators of the film comic "Venom 2" will put up against Eddie Brock the supervillain Frances Barrison, nicknamed Screech. It looks like the casting for this role has entered the home stretch. Oscar nominee Naomi Harris can try on Screech.Some American publications are already congratulating the actress on her new role, while others argue that Harris has not yet signed the contract. Naomi received well-deserved critical acclaim in 2017, earning Oscar, Golden Globe and BAFTA nominations for her role in the drama Moonlight. Harris already has experience filming in Hollywood franchises. In 2006, the actress made her debut as Tia Dalma in the adventure saga Pirates of the Caribbean, and six years later she played Yves Moneypenny for the first time in the spy film series Bond.  Comic book fans met Francis Barrison in 1993. Judging by preliminary information, the filmmakers are using the plot of the graphic novel Maximum Carnage and will mix Harris' heroine with the sinister Carnage (Woody Harrelson).
