Jude Law will meet Peter Pan
Remakes of their own animated hits turned out to be a real gold mine for the Disney studio. One of them is another feature film about Peter Pan, and he seems to have found an antagonist.Two-time Oscar nominee Jude Law is in talks to play Captain Hook in Peter Pan and Wendy. The director's chair will be taken by David Lowry, who co-wrote the project with Toby Halbrooks. Both of them have already worked together on Pete and His Dragon. The roles of the title characters of the film were given to the newcomers to the world of cinema, Alexander Moloni and Ever Anderson. The details of the plot have not yet been disclosed, but the story of Peter Pan is probably familiar to many. The most famous adaptation of the story by J.M. Barry is just the 1953 cartoon, but all the game versions left much to be desired. "Captain Hook" evokes nostalgic feelings for many, but at one time it disappointed critics.
