US Box Office hit the brakes
If a week earlier the ghost of the coronavirus only loomed over the world box office, then already last weekend a real apocalypse began in cinemas. The top ten US films grossed a little over $ 50 million, and the North American box office has not seen such a weak collection in the 11th weekend in a row since 1995. All the old-timers of the box office lost 60% of viewers and more, and the newcomers, for obvious reasons, started very poorly.The top five US box offices for March 13-15 are as follows: 1. "Forward"  Week at the box office: 2 Added: $ 10.5 million Total box office: $ 60.3 million Sank / Rise: - (-73.1%) The Americans got the maximum pleasure from watching the new cartoon by Pixar studio. After a rather mediocre start, the tape sank by as much as 73%, which is a rarity for the animation genre. And the whole picture has something to strive for - so far its global revenue is $ 101.6 million, but it is unlikely to be able to significantly add financially in the near future. 2.
