Targem Games and Gaijin Entertainment are announcing the 0.11.40 “Doomsday Cars” update for the post-apocalyptic online action game Crossout . It starts the event of the same name, which opens access to the cabins of a new, legendary rarity level and other unique components from which armored vehicles can be constructed. In addition, a free garage "New Dawn" has been added to the game, the "Thermal Power Plant" map, on which the battle between Knechts and Ravens took place, has been significantly changed, and in PvE battles, players are now confronted by raiders from the Firestarters faction.The Doomsday Cars event is a daily and weekly challenge that progresses the player through the valuable reward tiers. For example, the new cabin of the Children of Dawn faction can set up an energy barrier, and the new cabin of the Firestarters can hide allied armored vehicles on the radar. Anyone can take part in the activity, earn blueprints and produce new parts with their help, and owners of a paid battle pass will receive ready-made components as a reward. The event will run until August 30, after which Doomsday Cars parts will only be available from other players. In honor of the anniversary of the game in Crossout, a new free garage `` New Dawn '' appeared - a spacious and quiet farm, hiding the dark secrets of the past: in one of the sheds, until the end of the world, meat was cut not only from animals.
