Viggo Mortensen will go to the Wild West
Three-time Oscar nominee Viggo Mortensen will continue his collaboration with Argentine director Lisandro Alonso. In 2014, the duo released The Land of Prosperity, which made a splash in Cannes and won the International Press Federation prize. Alonso's new project will be named Eureka and will take viewers back to the times of the Wild West.Mortensen will appear as an inconsolable father, whose daughter was kidnapped by a dangerous criminal. The main character is armed to the teeth and rushes on the trail of the bandit. Fate takes the protagonist to a dangerous city on the US-Mexican border ... The cast of the film will also include Chiara Mastroianni, Maria de Medeiros and Mortensen's "Welfare Land" partner Viilbjerk Mulling.  Viggo is wearing cowboy hats and leather bandoliers: just remember his images in the films Hidalgo: Pursuit in the Desert and Appaloosa.
