Michael Bay is ready to say goodbye to Transformers
Each time filming the next part of " Transformers ", Michael Bay claims that he will never return to the director's chair of the franchise. This was the case before filming "The Dark Side of the Moon" and "The Age of Extinction."In an interview with Rolling Stone , the filmmaker confirmed that he will lead the shooting of the fifth part, but again with the proviso that it will be the last film in the series for him. “I will shoot the fifth part. I have worked on many projects, but Transformers still gives me great pleasure. I love making a movie that will eventually see 100 million people. JJ Abrams says that only I can do that. But it's time for me to move on ... I'll take one more, and that's enough ", - admitted Bay .  Last spring, Paramount and Hasbro assembled a writing team led by Akiva Goldsman to create ideas not only for the franchise's spin-offs and prequels, but also for the fifth "Transformers" . As a result, Goldsman himself had to take on the blockbuster script, but due to his busy schedule he could not find the time for this.  Now Ken Nolan ("Black Hawk Down") and duo Art Markum and Matt Holloway ("Iron Man") will begin writing the lyrics for the fifth film.
