Channing Tatum (Macho and the Nerdy) has starred in the film adaptation of Joe Haldeman's science fiction novel Infinity War , reports the Tracking Board . This literary work is considered the standard of the genre and in 1975 won the Nebula and Hugo awards. It was John Spates who adapted the source for the big screen.The plot of the novel revolves around a group of soldiers who, in the distant future, are waging an endless space battle and have already forgotten what they are fighting for. After 20 years, the main character returns to Earth and does not recognize it ...It is reported that this project has great potential to turn into a full-fledged franchise. Tatum was recently seen in the blockbuster Jupiter Ascending, and this summer he will again bare his torso in the sequel to the comedy about strippers "Super Mike XXL.  Sam Worthington ("Avatar") has signed up for a thriller titled The Shack . According to the plot, the youngest daughter of the protagonist disappears during a family trip. In a hut located in the wilderness, evidence was later found that the girl had been killed. Four years later, the man receives a strange note, presumably from God himself, inviting him to return to that very hut. God will be played by Octavia Spencer, and the plot is based on the bestseller by William Paul Young.  Finally, Jennifer Garner (Dallas Buyers Club) will star in the drama Miracles from Heaven . Ben Affleck's wife will appear as a girl suffering from a rare disease of the gastrointestinal tract, who is magically healed after a terrible accident.
