Gabriele Muccino will help Adrien Brody find the poisoner
As reported exclusively by The Hollywood Reporter , director Gabriele Mucchino (Seven Lives) will lead the action-thriller Delay , starring in which has already been signed by Adrien Brody ("Substitute Teacher"). The script for the project was written by Brian Tucker.Thriller will tell about a former CIA agent ( Brody ), who decided to retrain as a hitman. But one day the hit man receives a lethal dose of poison and suddenly finds himself in a hospital bed. The main character has only 20 hours to live, and in this short time he will have to find his poisoner, take revenge on him, and then say goodbye to his beloved ... Brody will also co-executive produce the project through his company Fable House . In addition to Seven Lives, Muccino directed the drama The Pursuit of Happiness with Will Smith and the comedy Man in Catchy with Gerard Butler.  Previously, Nick Cassavetes aspired for the director's chair of the project, and Bruce Willis for the role of the poisoned killer.
