According to the journalists The Wrap , Studios Disney and Lucasfilm have started looking for an actress for the lead female role in the eighth episode of the space saga Star Wars ".Director Ryan Johnson is currently in the early stages of the casting, to which many of Hollywood's rising stars have been invited. According to its results, actresses will be selected who will be offered to pass a screen compatibility test with a member of the cast of the seventh episode - John Boyega by the end of this month. According to insiders, three actresses have already successfully passed the first stage of selection - Gina Rodriguez ("Jane the Virgin" / Jane the Virgin ), Tatiana Maslani ( Orphan Black ) and Olivia Cook (Bates Motel ).
