An eye for an eye according to Besson
As the portal The Tracking Board managed exclusively to know, Luc Besson intends to produce a thriller called The Sentence . The film is described by the creators themselves as a mix of "Hostage" and "Doomsday".The action of the tape takes place in the future, where the rule is "tit for tat". The victim gets 24 hours to take revenge on the offender. The main character, in an attempt to protect his own son, kills a criminal who entered the house illegally. Now a gang of the murdered man's henchmen intend to deal with the hero's whole family. The script for the new project is being written by Kreighton Rothenberger and Catherine Benedict, who have experience working on The Fall of Olympus and the triquel The Expendables.  The last work of Besson -director was the fantastic action movie "Lucy", and recently the filmmaker announced that he was already preparing a sequel to the acclaimed film with Scarlett Johansson, as well as the crime thriller "Colombiana". In addition to the mentioned projects, Besson is planning to shoot the film "Valerian", in which Dane DeHaan and Cara Delevingne will play the main roles.
