Joe and Anthony Russo will be producing a Chinese superhero franchise aimed at domestic consumers, The Hollywood Reporter reports. It is produced by the Anthem & Song studio, opened by the Russo brothers , and the Chinese FangJin Communication Company , which is funding the production, helps them in this.
