While the recent horror comedy film Pride, Prejudice, and Zombies failed to recoup its production budget, Hollywood hasn't lost interest in its conflicting interpretations of classic literary works.Deadline reports that Chris Columbus (Home Alone, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone) 1492 Pictures has acquired the rights to film the novel Lindsay Fay " Jane Steele ". The book came out only this week, but has already received a lot of rave reviews. When creating her novel, Fay was inspired by Charlotte Bronte's immortal novel Jane Eyre .
