Casting: Ocean Depths and Cute Aliens
Anne Hathaway , Keanu Reeves and Daniel Radcliffe signed up to take part in the filming of a project called The Modern Ocean , reports EW . The indie-adventure drama was written by Shane Carratt (Blend), and he will lead and play one of the key roles.The plot will focus on the ancient trading houses of Algeria, where fierce competition between the owners of cargo ships flourished. The owners of the boats are mired in strife, seeking the best routes and discovering caches of priceless materials on the ocean floor. The project is described by the creators as an epic story full of danger, intrigue and revenge about the darkest depths of the ocean.  In addition to the aforementioned trinity, the cast includes Jeff Goldblum, Tom Holland, Chloe Grace Moretz, Abraham Etta and Asa Butterfield. Information about who all these people will play has not yet been disclosed.  According to the same source, Jessica Plummer is sent to the set of How to Communicate with Girls at Parties , directed by John Cameron Mitchell based on a story by Neil Gaiman. The plot revolves around two friends planning to meet a couple of pretty girls at one entertainment event. Soon friends find out that these cute creatures are not of this world, and in the literal sense - young ladies turn out to be aliens. Earlier, El Faning, Nicole Kidman and Ruth Wilson gave their consent to shoot in the project.  Finally, Sherri Shepherd (The Top Five) has joined the cast of Stella Mega's Jean of the Joneses comedy. The film will tell about the girl (Taylor Page) and her big extraordinary American-Jamaican family, in which there was a real commotion after the death of her grandfather.
