Brad Pitt's Plan B company has decided to join forces with Megan Allison's Annapurna studio to work on a film about one of the most high-profile sex scandals in the history of the Dream Factory. As it became known to The Hollywood Reporter, Hollywood studios are preparing a biographical drama about New York Times employees Jody Cantor and Megan Toohey, who told the world about the dirty deeds of the famous film producer Harvey Weinstein.In October last year, journalists wrote an article, "Harvey Weinstein Payed Off Harassment Victims for Decades." Shortly after the publication of the material, the producer was expelled from the American Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, lost his post in his own studio and received numerous lawsuits on charges of sexual crimes. Amid the Weinstein scandal in Hollywood, activist movements such as #MeToo and Time's Up gained popularity. In the middle of this month, Kantor and Toohy won the prestigious Pulitzer Prize for their daring article.  According to Hollywood insiders, Plan B and Annapurna will be guided by famous investigative journalism films like All the President's Men and Spotlight on the as-yet-untitled film about New York Times employees.
