Marry me Owen
Thanks to STX, Jennifer Lopez has returned to the cinema. The first result of their joint work was the film "Start over", and now the singer and actress is preparing to dance a striptease for the major. JLo's collaboration with STX will not be limited to this: together they are preparing the romantic comedy Marry Me ("Marry Me" *), and Owen Wilson ("Midnight in Paris") is ready to answer the call from the title.The duet of Lopez and Wilson gives off a bit of nostalgia for the 90s, although they only appeared together in one film - the horror film Anaconda, which was very far from the rom-com genre. The painting "Marry Me" is based on the webcomic of the same name by Bobby Crosby. It was adapted by John Rogers ("Impact") and Tami Sager ("How I Met Your Mother"), and the script is finalized by Harper Dill ("Mick"). The director's chair for the project is given to Kat Coyro (It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia). The comedy is about a pop star who, shortly before the wedding, finds out about the infidelity of the groom and leaves him right at the altar in front of thousands of people. Since the show must go on, instead of a deceitful traitor, the main character chooses a man from the crowd that came to see her wedding. Will two strangers be able to live happily ever after or their marriage won't last even a week? ..
