Film company Argent Pictures is preparing a surprise for sports fans. The California studio starts work on a tape about one of the strongest football players in the world - ex-goalkeeper of the US team Hope Solo.Hope began her football career as a forward. Solo's high performance allowed the Richland High School team to win three consecutive US Championships. Recruits of many prestigious colleges immediately noticed the tough striker. To Hope's surprise, shortly after entering the University of Washington, local coaches decided to try her out as a goalkeeper. The girl surprisingly quickly got used to her new position and began to update the university records in the number of saves and clean sheets. Solo achieved her greatest success in the jersey of the US national team. He became the main goalkeeper of the national team during the 2007 FIFA World Cup. Thanks to her brilliant game, the Americans reached the semifinals, where they were waiting for a meeting with the Brazilians. The head coach of the US national team unexpectedly sat Hope on the bench, and as a result, his team conceded four unanswered goals. Solo criticized the coaching staff and was temporarily suspended from work with the national team. She returned to service during the preparation of American women for the Summer Olympics in Beijing. In the final of the tournament, the US team took revenge on the Brazilian women, winning 1-0. Four years later, Hope led her team to triumph at the London Olympics, and in 2015 she finally realized an old dream and became a world champion.  The decisive match of the World Cup, in which the US team won against Japan, gathered 23 million Americans on the screens. No soccer broadcast has achieved such a high TV rating in North America before. Argent Pictures already has experience working on biographical films: in 2016, it had a hand in the creation of the wonderful military drama "For reasons of conscience".
