Pandora Needs Scientists
For many years, James Cameron has been planning a resounding return to Pandora, and, finally, work on the new "Avatars" has entered the peak phase. Moviegoers are eager to see promo videos or footage from sequels, but so far only news of the blockbuster cast has reached the general public.Jemaine Clement ("The Real Ghouls", "Legion") is the next newcomer to go to Pandora. He got the role of marine biologist Ian Garvin. Cameron even posted on social media that Clement's character is one of his favorites. There is little official information about the plot of the sequels. It is known that the action of "Avatar 2" will unfold mainly under water, and therefore the hero of Clement will play, possibly, an important role in the plot of the first of the four planned films. Whether the actor will appear in all parts or only in one is still unknown.  The world premiere of Avatar 2 was recently pushed back to December 17, 2021.
