Hulk snapped up
In early March, the news came from Hollywood that several film companies at once joined in the fight for the script for the "Facts Only" tape about the editor-in-chief of the Gawker portal AJ Dolerio, who published an intimate video featuring the legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan. Soon, representatives of the Hulk turned to the leaders of Gawker, who asked to remove the provocative video from the site. After A.J. Dolerio began invoking the articles of the Constitution on freedom of speech and the press, Hogan filed a civil lawsuit for invasion of privacy. The court sided with the wrestler and awarded him $ 140 million in moral damages. Subsequently, it became known that the legal costs of the Hulk were paid by billionaire Peter Thiel, who has long been sharpening his teeth on the owners of Gawker. A new project about a high-profile trial is being prepared by Blackrock Productions, which bought the rights to film adaptation of Ryan Holiday's book The Conspiracy: Peter Thiel, Hulk Hogan, Gawker and the Anatomy of Intrigue.
