Masha and the Bear reached Guinness
The episode "Masha plus porridge" of the national TV series "Masha and the Bear" is included in the Guinness Book of Records - it was watched by three and a half billion YouTube viewers. As it became known, this is the only animated video among the top five content leaders on the video hosting site. RIA Novosti reports.The USA TV series about the eccentric and ubiquitous girl Masha and her friend, a retired circus bear, has become very popular - it has been seen by viewers in more than a hundred countries, it has been translated into 36 languages, and all episodes have been watched 42 billion times. The project turns ten this year. The series was created by the Animaccord animation studio based on USA folk tales and is aimed at a wide audience, which is its success, because viewers of all ages love it, and both children and their parents and grandmothers are happy to watch the adventures of Masha and the Bear and grandfathers.  In addition to the main line-up, the series has two spin-offs - "Fairy Tale Machines" and "Mashkin's Horror Stories". Since 2013, "Masha and the Bear" has become available on the official website for viewing on YouTube, and since 2015, the streaming service Netflix began to broadcast it.
