Three months ago, the authoritative publication The Hollywood Reporter stunned fans of the DC Cinematic Universe with the news that Warner Bros. and Henry Cavill failed to agree and broke off their relationship. Although studio officials have yet to confirm this information, moviegoers have suspicions that it may well turn out to be true. The thing is that this fall the performer of the role of Superman signed up to participate in the creation of the series "The Witcher". The shooting of the first season of the TV adaptation of Andrzej Sapkowski's fantasy saga will take at least six months, which practically excludes the possibility of Cavill appearing in the next WB comics.It seems that American journalists were quick to send the British actor into retirement. In any case, one of Henry's colleagues in the DC superhero universe is absolutely sure of this. "Cavill is not going anywhere,," Jason Momoa told Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet ahead of Aquaman's US premiere. -He loves this role and is not going to part with it. Henry remains one hundred percent Superman. It is worth noting that just a couple of days ago, Momoa gave another interview, in which he did not rule out the possibility of Cavill and Ben Affleck leaving the franchise. Perhaps on the eve of Aquaman's premiere, Jason received instructions from WB bosses who decided to breathe hope into DC fans who were beginning to feel like a superhero cinematic universe was falling apart.  According to rumors, the discord in the relationship between WB and Cavill arose due to the fact that the actor hoped to sign a contract to participate in the sequel to "Man of Steel", and the studio offered him only a cameo in the upcoming blockbuster "Shazam!"
