One of Ryan Murphy's many muses, Emmy and Golden Globe winner Sarah Paulson (American Crime Story), has signed on to star in the Lionsgate thriller Run, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The project will be directed by Anish Chaganti, who won the Audience Award in the NEXT category at the Sundance Festival for his film Search.There are few details about the plot of the thriller, it is only known that Sarah Paulson will play the single mother of a teenage girl. The girl's life will go downhill after one of her parent's sinister secrets is revealed. Chaganti wrote the script for the painting in collaboration with Sev Ohanian, with whom they worked together on "Search". In addition to Murphy's TV series, Sarah Paulson is known for the films "12 Years a Slave" and "Carol", and most recently she could be seen on the big screens in the crime action "Ocean's 8".
