Ninja Throw
In late 2015, Paramount announced it would like to merge the Cobra Toss franchise with four other Hasbro toy brands. The Hollywood Reporter has learned that a spin-off about the silent ninja, nicknamed Snake Eyes, will become part of the new cinematic universe.The studio bosses have so far only rough sketches of the film's plot. Evan Spiliotopoulos, screenwriter of the fabulous blockbuster "Beauty and the Beast", was invited to further elaborate the text. The Snake Eyes first hit toy store shelves in 1982 and quickly became the darling of American boys. The role of a fighter of the GI Joe squad in the "Throw of the Cobra" dilogy was played by stuntman and martial artist Ray Park. Hollywood insiders still find it difficult to say whether the Scot will receive an invitation to return to the familiar image in the solo album of the steadfast tin soldier.  The studio is also in no hurry to share plans for the main film series. Initially, it was assumed that Paramount will make a complete replacement of the cast of the franchise, which never managed to reach the box office heights of another universe based on Hasbro toys - "Transformers". However, in the spring, rumors appeared on the Internet that the major abandoned the idea of a total reboot and intends to assemble an updated GI Joe team led by the hero Dwayne Johnson.
