Snake Eyes got his face
Moviegoers have made it clear to Hollywood producers that the Cobra Toss franchise, despite its recognition from the popular GI Joe line of toys, is of little interest to them. The long-planned triquel has already got stuck in one of the circles of the production hell, but the Paramount studio cannot leave the film series to the mercy of fate, and therefore decided to regale the audience with spin-offs. The first of two planned projects will focus on a ninja nicknamed Snake Eyes, and the major already knows who to hand the katana to.Henry Golding, whose acting career is developing at a frantic pace, is negotiating the lead role in Snake Isa's solo album. His debut on the big screens was the comedy Crazy Rich Asians, followed by the thriller A Simple Request, and future films with Golding's participation include the rom-com Last Christmas and Gentlemen by Guy Ritchie. It is noteworthy that in the "Throwing the Cobra" dilogy, Snake Isa was played by stuntman and martial artist Ray Park, but his hero never took off his mask or uttered a word in two films. With the Paramount bosses now targeting Golding, things are about to change in the solo album. According to rumors, in the spin-off, a mysterious ninja will avenge his father's death. The script for the project was written by Evan Spiliotopoulos ("Beauty and the Beast"), and the director is Robert Schwentke ("RED").  The spin-off is set to premiere on October 16, 2020.
