LeBron James goes to Hollywood
Earlier this month, the world of sports was rocked by the news of LeBron James's transfer to the Los Angeles Lakers. According to Variety, moving to sunny California will allow the famous basketball player not only to earn $ 154 million and compete for the fourth NBA title, but also to conquer Hollywood.After playing himself in the comedy Girl Without Injuries in 2015, James switched to production and began to actively lead his own film company, SpringHill Entertainment. LeBron is currently producing the reboot of the House Party franchise and a miniseries about American entrepreneur Sarah Breedlove, starring Oscar-winning Octavia Spencer. As it became known, SpringHill Entertainment is preparing another intriguing project. James Studios will join forces with Paramount on the as-yet-untitled comedy. Details of the film's plot were not disclosed. So far, we only know that the script is written by Steve Mallory ("Big Boss"). Sources close to the leadership of SpringHill Entertainment say that this time LeBron will not limit himself to producing functions and will play one of the main roles in the comedy.  The basketball player also plans to shoot in the long-awaited sequel to "Space Jam", the director's chair of which claims the creator of four "Fast and the Furious" and the blockbuster "Star Trek: Infinity" Justin Lin.
