Friendly Venom
When Sony officially launched the Venom movie comics in the spring of 2017, its representatives unanimously announced that the movie about the famous enemy of Spider-Man would follow in the footsteps of Logan and Deadpool and receive an “adult” rating. It seems that the studio bosses have redefined their views on the age limit of the picture. Variety claims that the rating of the rental version of Venom will be downgraded from R to PG-13.The first and second trailers of the film caused quite conflicting feelings among moviegoers and fans of the comic book world. Perhaps the Sony management decided to play it safe and protect the tape from problems with self-sufficiency. Reducing the age limit will significantly expand the viewer audience of "Venom" due to adolescents, who will surely contribute a substantial amount to its piggy bank. Rumor has it that the heads of the Sony studio also do not lose hope of organizing a full-fledged crossover with the Marvel Cinematic Universe. If one day they manage to persuade Kevin Feige to shoot a film about the confrontation between Venom and Spider-Man, the solo album of the first with an R rating will be too clearly out of the line of family films about the adventures of a young New York superhero.  Sony officials are in no hurry to confirm information about the decrease in the age rating of the film. The USA premiere of Venom will take place on October 4.
