Crowe not be Dr. Watson

Information that Russell Crowe will play the role of Dr. Watson in Guy Ritchie's new project dedicated to Sherlock Holmes has not been confirmed. According to the director himself, he has not yet chosen an actor for this role, according to Empire.

The only approved actor for the future movie so far is Robert Downey Jr., who got the role of Holmes.

The script will be based on a graphic novel by Lionel Wigram. The script is written by Anthony Peckham.
