Darren Aronofsky's next project will not be the sequel to The Wolverines, but the movie adaptation of the novel The Tiger John Weillant. According to the resource The Playlist, such a statement was made in one of their last interviews by the scriptwriter of the movie Guillermo Arriaga. According to him, the search for a location for movieing will begin in November, and movieing will start in January-February 2011. Earlier it was stated that the main role in the movie will be played by Brad Pitt. Recall that the novel takes place in Eastern Siberia, where a secluded village is terrorized by the Ussuri man-eating tiger. Pitt will play a hunter who enters into a mortal battle with a predator.
