Brad Pitt will star in Darren Aronofsky's thriller Tiger, which will be directed by Focus Features. This is reported by the Variety edition. The plot of the picture is based on the yet unpublished book by John Wayliant, Tiger: A True Story of Revenge and Survival. The movie will take place in the remote Siberian taiga, where the highly experienced huntsman Yuri Trush will have to hunt down a strange tiger hunting people with a skill that suggests the predator has a mind. Following the trail of the beast, Yuri himself will become a victim of persecution and will be forced to desperately fight for his life.
