James Cameron will oversee the production of The Hobbit
In mid-September 2011, James Cameron arrives in New Zealand to visit The Hobbit movie sets to evaluate the process of making stereoscopic movies. This is reported by the NZ Herald. Recall that Cameron and Jackson are linked by a successful experience of cooperation. At one time, the Weta company was engaged in the design of the Avatar video sequence. In turn, Peter Jackson not only adopted Cameron's experience in creating 3D projects, but also took advantage of his advanced ideas, such as shooting with an increased frame rate. Will Cameron be directly involved in the movieing process, or will retain guest status, while unknown. The first movie of the dilogy is due out in December 2012.
