Oscar refuses songs
On the list of Oscar nominations The Academy's Best Song of the Year category may disappear. According to an official press release, the Board of Directors of the Film Academy has approved new rules for nominating candidates, according to which the category `` Best Song '' will appear only if the electors assign an 8.25 rating to at least one of the presented compositions. If none of the songs manage to get such a rating, then the nomination will be closed this year. Also at the Oscar awards ceremony no more honorary gold statuettes will be awarded.
