The king of pop music, Michael Jackson, who was a big fan of comics, at one time wanted to buy Marvel and even make the movie Spider-Man. Spider-Man creator Stan Lee announced this in an interview with MTV. According to him, he discussed with Jackson the possibility of acquiring the rights to the movie adaptation.
