USAn actress nominates for the European Film Academy award
Nadezhda Markina, who played Elena in the movie by Andrey Zvyagintsev, will compete for the European Film Academy award in the nomination for Best Actress. Markina's name is mentioned in the list of applicants for the award posted on the official website of the Film Academy. The winners will be announced at a ceremony to be held on December 3, 2011 in Berlin. Recall that earlier the picture was awarded a special prize of the jury of the competitive section `` Special Look '' 64th Cannes Film Festival, as well as several other prestigious awards.
