On the evening of March 25, Broadway will honor the memory of the legendary Hollywood actress Elizabeth Taylor. According to The Hollywood Reporter, at exactly 8 p.m. the lights over the posters of all Broadway theaters will be extinguished for a minute.

Taylor first took the Broadway stage rather late, in 1981, when the actress had a chance to play in the play Lillian Hellman's Little Foxes. For this role, she was nominated for the Tony Theater Award.

Recall that Elizabeth Taylor passed away in her 80th year on March 23, 2011. She was buried in Forest Lawn Cemetery, where many American celebrities are buried, in particular, the actress's friend Michael Jackson.
