Michael Douglas arrived in Cuba
Michael Douglas, apparently, decided to follow in the footsteps of his colleague Sean Penn and make a visit to Cuba. The famous Hollywood actor arrived on Liberty Island on October 27. According to the Cuban publication Cubadebate, he saw the sights of the Cuban capital, visited a cigar factory, and dined at the El Floridita bar, which Ernest Hemingway loved to visit. Nothing is known about the purpose of Douglas's visit. For a tourist trip to Cuba, Americans need to obtain special permission from the State Department. Earlier, Seann Penn arrived on Liberty Island. His visit was of a business nature, as Penn came to the country as a journalist for Vanity Fair. He has to interview Fidel Castro.
