Warner Bros. will bring Buffy back to the big screens (Topic)

Warner Bros. Film Studio plans a full-length movie based on the popular series Buffy the Vampire Slayer in the mid-90s. According to the official press release, the movie will be based on ideas from Witt Anderson, who will write the script.

“A huge army of fans is eagerly awaiting the full-length version. The details are still kept secret, and now I can only tell you that you will not see Buffy, the high school student you are used to, but she will be as cool and sexy as in the original, '' commented project producer Charles Rowen.

It is notable that the creator of the 1992 movie Buffy the Vampire Slayer and the series that followed, Joss Whedon, was skeptical about the idea of a full-length remake.
