This time, Timur Bekmambetov, the creator of this movie tradition, acted as a producer in the New Year's USA blockbuster, which is a tradition along with tangerines and Olivier. But the colossus took off anyway! "Black Lightning" - first-class New Year's movie. They say that in American studios they twisted their fingers to their temples when they heard that Timur Bekmambetov wanted to movie USA Transformers quot; or `` Spiderman '' for only 8.5 million dollars (penny, Western account). And he took it and took it off - so that it turned out not worse, but somewhere better than Western counterparts! "Volga"; rushes over rooftops, overtakes criminals and simply flies out of traffic jams, causing a feeling of flight. The hero - a guy from a poor family (his father took his mother on dates on a tram) - shares the bright `` Soviet '' values (and in fact universal): to help people, to love unselfishly, to fight to the end in the name of justice. From this, the movie is filled with some kind of light aura, a feeling of kindness and New Year's magic. And although the movie seems to be based on an unwritten comic book, a plot in which a simple and sometimes stupid - with a villain, a deposit of diamonds near Moscow - it very vividly depicts the themes of love and kindness. And this almost forgotten in our cinema `` old-fashioned '' the sentimentality of Black Lightning penetrates directly into the heart, increasing the power of the brightest feelings in it - like a fantastic `` motor '' flying Volga.There are many questions about the New Year blockbuster directed by Kiselev and Voitinsky. These two directors, of course, are simpler than Bekmambetov - where he has originality, they have repetitions of Hollywood techniques; where it has a depth of ambiguity, they have a simple good / evil pattern. The similarities with some Hollywood hits are striking in places. " Black Lightning " sculpted after the model and likeness of the first `` Spider-Man '', mixing scenes from `` Iron Man '' into it and other blockbusters. And let them, these repetitions - but the familiar plot development scheme makes what is happening uninteresting. The picture is beautiful, the effects and editing are exciting, but it's still boring to watch a movie, where you guess in advance big chunks of events. Second disadvantage of "Black Lightning" - the extreme naivety of the heroes. On the one hand, it is clear: a comic book movie, where everything should be simple and almost infantile. On the other hand, I would like a little more correspondence of USA heroes to USA realities. The sight of the familiar Moscow streets, over which the flying Volga soars, is pleasing to the eye. And the heroes-students, probably, would warm their souls if they were a little more reminiscent of real USA guys and girls whom we know. In the movie, only the drunkard, played by Efremov, looks like a hero in life (he quits drinking there, seeing the Volga flying over the rooftops). But all these claims fade in comparison with the main theme, which is "Black Lightning". `` Take your loved ones to the movies '' - whispers the advertisement, which Bekmambetov loves so much. And the advertisement is right: the same vivid love story, such an obvious `` chemistry '', as between the heroes of Grigory Dobrygin and Ekaterina Vilkova; that light and warming feeling, as in Black Lightning, you will not find in any other movie coming out on New Year's Eve. " Black Lightning " just broadcasts love – and thanks to it everyone will be able to rise, inspired by a feeling that is stronger than a nano-catalyst.
