Academy of Film Unveils New Museum
The American Film Academy has organized a presentation of the project of its new museum, which will combine exhibition and entertainment complexes on an area of more than 300 thousand square feet. The museum will be erected in the heart of Hollywood at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Fairfax Street and will open for visitors in 2017. The ceremony was attended by the leadership of the Film Academy, as well as guests of honor and sponsors, the largest of which was David Geffen, who donated $ 25 million for the construction of the museum.
