James Cameron will provide stereo coverage of the golf tournament
James Cameron's Cameron Pace Group has signed a contract with British television company BSkyB to organize a joint stereoscopic broadcast of one of the most prestigious golf tournaments - the Ryder Cup. This is reported by The Hollywood Reporter. The competition between the best American and British golfers, which will start on September 28, 2012, will be shown on Sky 3D. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Sky 3D was launched in 2010, and at the time of this writing was the only European TV channel broadcasting its programs in stereoscopic format.
