US President thanks Batkid for saving Gotham
The President of the United States took part in a grandiose performance, which was staged on the streets of San Francisco by volunteers and city authorities for the sake of a child with leukemia. Barack Obama recorded a short message in which he thanked five-year-old Miles for saving Gotham. The video is posted on the Vine video service page. Recall that the action was organized by the Make a Wish charity foundation. Miles, accompanied by the Dark Knight, raced through the streets of San Francisco in the Batmobile, performed several feats and eventually received the symbolic keys to the city at the mayor's office. The street performance lasted more than four hours in total, with more than 12 thousand volunteers.
