JJ Abrams criticized IMAX cameras (Topic)

JJ Abrams will not use IMAX cameras for Star Wars Episode 7 because he finds them too awkward. The director spoke about this in an interview with The Wrap.

“Perhaps, in some other situation, I would use them. The problem is IMAX cameras are very noisy. These are very unreliable cameras. They can only shoot general shots.
