Hank Azaria to star in new comedy by Seth McFarlane
Hank Azaria will voice the main character in the new animated comedy by Mark Hentemann and Seth McFarlane, Border Town. This is reported by the publication Deadline with reference to Fox. In the satirical series, the plot focuses on two completely different families living in a fictional town in the southwestern United States, bordering Mexico. Bud Backwald (Azaria), the father of the family and a border patrol officer, is slightly behind the times and is uncomfortable with the cultural changes taking place in his environment. Bud lives next door to Ernesto Gonzalez (Nicholas Gonzalez), an ambitious immigrant and family man who, having arrived in the country less than ten years ago, has done better than him. This, you see, is a problem for a less hardworking native. Azaria has joined a previously announced caste that includes Alex Borstein, Missy Pyle, Judah Friedlander, and Efren Ramirez.
