Agent Phil Coulson will have a new enemy
Brian Wade (Werewolf) will play supervillain Carl Crusher Creel, also known as the Devourer in the second season of SHIELD. The Hollywood Reporter reports this with reference to Marvel. The character was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby and debuted in the Silver Age of Comics, after which he appeared in various graphic novels for four decades. The character will appear in front of the audience in the premiere episode of the second season, which will air on ABC channel on September 23, 2014. Creel has the ability to absorb the properties of any material with which he comes into contact and is the enemy of Agent Colson (Clark Gregg) and his group Wade has joined the previously announced guest stars for Season 2: Adrianne Palicki (Mockingbird); Kyle McLachlan (Sky's father); Lucy Lawless (Isaabel Hartley); Reed Diamond (Daniel Whitehall / Kraken); Nick Blood (Lance Hunter); Henry Simmons (Alphonso " Mac " Mackenzie); and Simon Cassianides (Bakshi).
