Saoirse Ronan will become Mary Stuart
Saoirse Ronan will star in the biopic Mary Queen of Scots. This is reported by the Deadline resource. The script will be based on the dramatic story of Mary Stuart, the last Catholic Queen of Scots, who claimed the English throne. Her confrontation with Queen Elizabeth I ended in victory for the latter. Maria Stewart was accused of attempting to overthrow and murder Elizabeth and was executed. The project does not yet have a director and even an approximate shooting schedule. Note that at the time of this writing, Ronan starred in the movie adaptation of the popular youth novel The Guest. Recall also that the story of Mary Stewart has attracted the attention of Hollywood moviemakers more than once. Its most famous adaptation is the 1971 movie, The Topic of Article: Saoirse Ronan will become Mary Stuart. |
