Christian Bale returns to the role of Steve Jobs
Christian Bale again found himself at the negotiating table with Sony Pictures about participating in the movie adaptation of the biography of Steve Jobs. This is reported by The Hollywood Reporter. This happened after Leonardo DiCaprio abandoned the role of Apple founder. British director Danny Boyle will take the post of director. Note that this is not the first attempt to movie the biography of Steve Jobs. In 2013, the movie "Jobs: Empire of Seduction," starring Ashton Kutcher, was released. The picture was coolly received by both critics and viewers, earning only 35 million dollars at the worldwide box office.
