The Creator of the Potter J.K. Rowling wrote a letter to 15-year-old American Cassidy Stay, whose family was killed in a robbery. This is reported by the Daily Mail.

It is noteworthy that the message was written on behalf of the head of the school of wizardry Albus Dumbledore. It included a wand, an invitation to Hogwarts, and a copy of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. signed by the author.

Cassidy's family was killed by her aunt's ex-husband, who broke into her Texas home and shot her parents and four brothers.
