James Cameron and Cirque du Soleil Announce Avatar Show
James Cameron and Cirque du Soleil decided to continue their collaboration that began during the movieing of Cirque du Soleil: A Fairy World in 3D. At the Commerce + Creativity Conference held in Montreal a new joint project has been announced - a circus show based on the movie Avatar. “We are united by the desire to bring our viewers to a new, previously unattainable level of entertainment. This is exactly what we will do in the new project, '' Cameron himself commented. The new show is expected to premiere ahead of the release of Avatar 2, which is scheduled for December 2016.
